The Role:
As the HR Systems & Reporting Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of managing Rexall's Human Resources Management System (HRMS). Your expertise in reporting, analytics, and insights will be instrumental in supporting HR and business programs and initiatives. Consider yourself the gatekeeper of our HR systems, where you'll mine data to create various reports and dashboards. Your consultation and analysis will be crucial in understanding the people impact of various business decisions.

What you will be doing:
- Take the lead on assigned HR technology projects, overseeing implementation and enhancements of existing functionalities. This involves translating requirements into effective solutions and executing various project tasks, such as testing for functions/usability, as well as designing and developing training materials.
- Design, build, maintains HR dashboard(s) and reports in a concise and user-friendly manner to assist various business partners in both retail and corporate; examples of regular reports include the monthly HR metrics reports (turnover statistics, full-time/part-time ratio vs average rate metric, etc.), regional status listings by region, management rosters, etc.).
- Generating accurate and timely standard and ad-hoc reports across HR Systems;
- Lead the administration, monitoring, and measurement of various total-rewards programs such as the online employee recognition platform and wellness program.
- Monitor and grant securities and permissions to various user groups in the HRMS.
- Actively participate in the enhancements of HR Systems and downstream systems, reviews/supervises product roadmaps and identifies the impact to Rexall
- Prepare quarterly eligibility reports for the administration of the McKesson Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP).
- Act as the main point of contact for any issues an HRMS user might experience within the system and help solve the issue
- Mining HR data, extracting trends, generating graphs and charts, adding context by translating data into information for the benefit of key stakeholders in their decision-making;
- HR, Payroll & Time and Attendance (T&A) data analysis to support HR and business metrics;
How you will succeed:
- Good interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate effectively across the organization and to build and maintain strong working relationships based on trust, integrity, and delivery on commitments.
- Good attention to detail, ability to work effectively and accurately under pressure and to meet the deadlines is essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- 3-5 years experience in a similar role is required.
- Demonstrated analytical strength and problem-solving skills are required, aptitude for numbers, as are good judgment and ability to work autonomously.
- Diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration; Formal training in statistics and statistical analysis is an asset.
- Sophisticated digital literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Power Point, Access as well as ADP Payroll, People@Work, Kronos, Smith reports, Crystal reports, Lotus Notes and Internet.
- Sound knowledge and understanding of concepts, collective agreements and company policies.
