Consultant Lead, Customer Insights And Analytics

As a Consultant Lead, you will be responsible for delivering actionable insights by applying data and analytics to measure performance of critical objectives and business results. You will put great emphasis on communicating your findings and building sound storylines for analytical and non analytical stakeholders. You will co-ordinate with cross functional project teams to ensure delivery timelines are consistent and supporting roles are contributing to the success of the project. You are the type of individual who strives for quality and puts great pride into the presentation of your findings.

What will you do?

• Transform insights into visualizations and effective storylines via the use of various reporting tools, with emphasis on delivering sound presentations.
• Provide ongoing support of project related data requirements and approach to ensure delivery of appropriate data solutions.
• Regularly review business results and project findings to translate data into insights to be communicated to business stakeholder and senior executives.
• Provide advice, guidance and make recommendations to teams regarding communication of various topics including but not limited to operational programs, statistical models, financial results, and data driven insights.
• Liaison with business, analytics, and data stakeholders to determine scope of project and business objectives.

What are your skills and experience?

• University Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or other quantitative discipline
• Working knowledge of SQL or equivalent language
• Strong interpersonal, communication (both written and verbal) and presentation skills with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
• Experience in Retail or Banking Industry an asset in any of the following areas: marketing or sales support, operations, finance
