We have a fantastic opportunity as a Construction/Completion Planner, as part of the Project Services Team, on a contract with a 14/7 rotational shift in a world class working environment.
Being part of the Project Services Team, as the Construction Completion Planner you will be responsible for the ISBL construction and overall systems completion planning at the construction site.
Key schedule of responsibilities will include:
- Support ad-hoc planning/scheduling/progress presentation/Schedule Risk Analysis to subcommittees and leadership team
- Supporting Owner's Level 0/1/2 & 3 schedule.
- Analyse and monitor Plant sub contractor's level 4 pre-commissioning, construction schedules.
- Support for overall schedule's KPI's reported and analyse on monthly basis.
- Support central planning team with monthly accountability planning/progress package.
- Supporting, updating, and maintaining of the companies Project Integration schedule covering construction and systems planning.
- Support Planning team in developing and reporting schedule and progress visual monthly analysis (forecasting, manpower, quantity etc) and leadership package.
- Support CSU Planner on progress validation of Commissioning progress.
- Responsible for systems completion schedule, progress and status for the project.
- Support for analysis and report overall Integrated Project Schedule, Critical Path, multiple critical paths, total float, free float, forecasting and monitor Key Milestones
- Responsible for the Plant ISBL construction and planning dashboard on weekly basis.
- Support in update and maintain project Interface Milestone Schedule based on individual sub project schedule update and highlight potential concerns to C&P group and leadership team.
To be successful in the role you'll need to:
- Be willing to live in a world class Camp during your work period.
- Be willing to work 14/7 Nightshift 10 hr shifts.
- Be willing to work nights, weekends, holidays during the contract.
To be successful in applying for the position you'll be required to have:
- Valid, legal authorization to work in Canada on a full-time basis other than your current employer.
- Have a valid and clean Driver's License.
- Proven communication skills and fluent in English
- Experience in report writing, editing, and formatting.
- Schedule Risk Analysis
- Primavera planning skills
- Plant pre-commissioning, commissioning planning would be an asset.
- Prior mega project experience
- A Minium of 20 years of construction planning/scheduling & progress management experience (mega projects)
- High-level of attention to detail, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstratable strong technical and analytical skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field/discipline
- Extensive experience during execution phase with Oil and Gas/LNG Projects
