Casino Server, Part Time (Thurs To Sun)

Join our exciting team as a Casino Server and work in a vibrant, customer service environment! In the Casino Server position, you will assist the team in bringing to life the ultimate gaming experience.

The ideal candidate must be availale from Thursday to Sunday anytime between 6pm and 6am.

The Casino Server is responsible for taking the guests through the key phase of their Hard Rock experience. As a Hard Rock Server, you will be assuming the role of tour guide, communicator, decision-maker, entertainer, memorabilia curator and musician (at heart).

Experience, Education, And Certifications

• Must be Smart Serve certified
• Maintaining HRC’s 5 core Values and Mission Statement
• Displaying a positive and outwardly friendly attitude toward guests
• Lifting & transporting up to 25 pounds
• Maintaining a well-groomed appearance (“having a plan”)
• Demonstrating a high level of organization, attention-to-detail and a sense-of-urgency
• Performing duties which require bending & reaching
• Remaining calm in a hectic, fast-paced atmosphere
• Practicing all general safety standards
• Following all uniform guidelines
• Follows all food safety & sanitation procedures
• Standing or walking, for up to 8+ hours
• Recycling products, where possible

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Ability to stand and sit for extended periods of time.
• The Casino environment is hectic, fast-paced and often crowded and noisy. May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to excessive noise and constant exposure to general public.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk or hear; and taste or smell. The employee must frequently lift and/or move 25 pounds or more.
