We are looking to hire a BUSINESS OPERATIONS CHAMPION to help build our Big Vision. Someone who Lives in the now. Who can think Big. Someone who can Manage the Executive/s and the day to day operational tasks for the Team. The Gladiator will be committed to supporting the team in achieving goals and greater levels of success, while also working on their own goals and developing their own skills as a supportive Leader within our Company.
The role is ideal for someone who is organized, results driven and looking to make a positive and lasting impact on people’s lives!
Here are the main areas to EXCEL:
Leadership + Database + Systems + Financials + Human Resources
- Plans and organizes events such as meetings, conferences, training events, business dinners, community events etc.
- Conducts research, analyze data, and prepares daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and documents.
- Takes meeting minutes and follows up on action items
- Prioritizes items that need the executive’s attentionThe role is ideal for someone who is organized, results driven and looking to make a positive and lasting impact on people’s lives!
- Improves on, and implements, new systems & processes
- Management of external communication for the Executive/Leadership Team.

Qualifications
- Experience in leadership and project/program management.
- Marketing & event experience would be a great asset.
- Post-secondary education in a business/management program is considered an asset.
- Proficient in Microsoft suites, and experience using a CRM required.
- Prior experience in the real estate industry would be an asset, but not required.

- You’re proficient with various software/apps and know how tocreate and implement systems.We need someone to take our ideas and put it in a streamline process to implement effectively without wasting time.
- You are a "traffic director" withclear communicationto keep people & projects moving in the right direction at all times.
- You’re creative and proficient on all social media platforms and comfortablelearning and leveraging new technologiesand media platforms.
- You work well within ateam. You’re open to taking lead, sharing your ideas and welcome constructive criticism.
- You havegreat communicationskills. Can effectively communicate with Team members, Leadership, Professional Partners. You’re friendly & professional over the phone and through email messages.
- Amazingattention to detail- you will be working with important and confidential information/paperwork and interacting with some of the most important people in our lives, our clients & their families. You can take our Events, client "touches" to the next level- we want to make each interaction memorable with lasting impact.
- You’re fantastic atproblem solving– you can think 5 steps ahead! If you come across something you don’t know, you will figure your way through it.
- You’re like a "swiss-army knife."Organized, able to multi taskand have great time management skills to control the Executives calendar as well as your own. You can effectively prepare for meetings and pull action items after each meeting. It’s extremely important that from these action items, you can set goals, appropriate timelines and delegate accordingly- while also keeping everyone accountable to complete each action item.
- We need aDo-er,someone who takes initiative and requires little guidance.
- Youbuild trustwith the team, leadership and Executive- can independently make decisions, prioritize questions and funnel them as need.
- You SHOW UP each day with theright attitude, first for You and that trickles down to the team. You Lead up, encourage, motivate and delegate. Understands the importance of a positive mindset and takes the time for self development/improvement.
Schedule/Salary
This is a salaried position based on 37.5 hours per week. Regular Hours are Monday to Friday 9-5pm, with an Excellent Vacation Package. At times it would be an expectation to work after hours/Flexibility with schedules based on project timelines & deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

There are many growth opportunities available in the future for this role. You will be working directly with Owners, Josh & Michelle and the "Sold by Stokes" Real Estate Team. The team consists of 3 additional Licensed Realtors, Real Estate Coordinator and content creator/photographer .
‘Sold by Stokes’ operates under the Keller Williams Platinum Realty brokerage, (Keller Williams) which has over 75 agents/staff locally.
