PURPOSE

• The position reports directly to the Managing Director but requires you to work independently and yield results under minimal supervision;
• The Business Development Manager is a pure execution role requiring a hunter mentality with the main focus of referring qualified buyers to the business;
• This role represents a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious self-starter looking for a genuine opportunity to contribute and shape the growth of a unique business.

RESPONSILIBITLIES

• Proactively generate leads through various means (eg. outbound calls, networking, social media..);
• Create a professional business plan defining your target market(s) and outreach strategy;
• Provide feedback from the field, identify new business opportunities and channel partners.
• Develop referrals by building strong relationships with Investors, Dealers and Centers of Influence;

QUALIFICATIONS

• Integrity, curiosity, reliability, professionalism and accountability;
• Relevant experience in sales, business development, or account management;
• High drive, ambitious, well-organized and a strong go-getter attitude are essential;
• Good communication skills (written, verbal and presentation).
