Bilingual Sales Representative - (English/French)

Working Environment: In office / Hybrid after 6 month

Location: Oakville/Mississauga Border

Hours: From 7am - 8pm

Our client is seeking a Bilingual Inside Sales Specialist to join their team.

In this role, you will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving profitable sales.

You will manage your own portfolio of customers and work collaboratively with other sales and support teams to provide an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage your own portfolio of customers and work with customers and team members.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information and sales activity in our CRM system.
• Meet and exceed sales goals by providing consultative advice and effective product solutions to customers.
• Build strong customer relationships by serving as the primary point of contact for inbound sales inquiries in both English and French.
• Conduct outbound sales calls to follow up on sales leads, promote products, and maintain customer relationships.
• Work collaboratively with other sales and support teams to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Provide timely and appropriate customer service with technical expertise and a strong orientation to understanding a customer's specialized needs and requirements.

Qualifications:

• Comfortable with upselling and cross-selling products and services to customers to achieve profitable sales
• Adaptable to changing circumstances, and able to work both in the office and remotely
• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Good team player, working collaboratively with others to achieve shared goals
• Previous customer service and/or sales experience is required to excel in this role. A proven track record of achieving sales goals and building successful customer relationships
• Able to travel to the USA for training
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French to effectively engage with customers and build lasting relationships
