Job Description

telMAX is a young and vibrant company that is changing the way residents communicate in the communities where we have built our 100% pure fibre network. We offer internet using our laser powered network at up to 2.5Gbps as well as streaming TV and home phone.


Imagine how internet access at the speed of light can change the lives of our prospective customers. Our network is capable of delivering up to 10Gbps so the future has limitless possibilities.


We currently have networks in Brooklin, Stouffville and Newmarket but our build plans will see telMAX build many more communities in York and Durham regions in the near future.


We are seeking:


Experienced Direct Sales Manager

  • You will be working with Team Leads and Direct Sales Reps in field daily
  • Using company software to capture field activities, updates, KPIs, and sales data in real time for accurate reporting
  • You will be training, coaching and developing your team to be high performers
  • Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for leading telMAX’s residential sales team and efforts
  • Tuesday to Saturday work schedule
  • Ensuring company’s sales strategy and processes are being implemented
  • Ability to work outdoors for 6 – 8 hours per day


Your experience includes:

  • A winner’s attitude with a proven track record of past performance and achievements
  • Ability to work outdoors for 6 – 8 hours per day
  • Minimum 3-year field sales and management experience in telecoms services
  • Inspiring and motivating team toward success
  • Reliability, responsibility, and leadership
  • Customer focused, being numerical and computer savvy
  • Tuesday to Saturday work schedule
