Direct Sales Representative Jobs

Direct Sales Rep will be responsible for identifying new opportunities and following up on
potential leads utilizing an award-winning sales process.

• Responsible for meeting new sales quotas set out by Management.
• The candidate will work with the National Sales Manager to identify, solicit, and build an active pipeline of potential customers to purchase UniFirst uniform apparel in the GTA.
• Responsible for identifying appropriate uniform pieces from UniFirst branded apparel and approved wholesale supply chain to meet the customer's requirements and to make formal proposals including all details of each item and sell prices that meet the margin requirements of UniFirst.
• Conduct presentation meetings with potential clients as needed

Qualifications
Experience:

• Customer account inquiries utilizing a service excellence mindset.
• Preferable experience selling into relatable markets such as Manufacturing, Trades,Transportation, Hospitality, or Services that purchase work wear or Uniforms.
• Management, team partners or vendor representatives.
• Strong ability to work as a team member.
• Experience with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
• Able to deliver results in a flexible, fast-paced work environment.
• Outstanding Customer Service skills, including the ability to effectively research and resolve
• Strong communication (verbal, written & listening) skills, including the ability to interact with
• Adaptable in using organizational skills to prioritize tasks and take ownership of work.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience selling B2B.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent required, College Degree is preferred

Additional Requirements

• Must be physically able to occasionally carry and transport samples to prospective clients.
• Safe driving record
• Must be fluent in English
• Valid non-commercial driver's license
• Must be at least 18 years of age
