3+ years of management experience

Clearly communicate procurement requirements, risks and deliverables to project teams and stakeholders.

Minimum 7 years of strategic Procurement sourcing experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry a plus.

Experience with ERP systems (SAP and SAGE) preferred and a plus.

Minimum three years of experience in operations in senior living communities is a requirement.

Manages bids documents like RFP, RFQ, and RFIs and prepare bid summaries to analyze RFx’s.

Assist in the development of corporate brand standards and managed order guides

Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and the Healthcare and Government Funding.

Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for leading telMAX’s residential sales team and efforts

You will be working with Team Leads and Direct Sales Reps in field daily

. You also have 6+ years of experience in sourcing, simple contracting, operational efficiency projects, supply chain or relevant commodity experience

The ability to explain general capability area information to others or collect/translate moderate complexity stakeholder requirements in straightforward situations

Knowledgeable in procurement systems and operational processes, such as contracting, (e) Sourcing, and spot buying is desired

Knowledge in the supply chain planning and buying is desired

You hold a university degree, with a business degree preferable

Demonstrated knowledge and skills in procurement and logistics management

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management,or other relevant discipline.

Must possess a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.

Ability to effectively use MS Office products including Outlook, Word and Excel

2+ years of product management experience with a focus on complex data products and enterprise software, preferably in a startup environment

Strong analytical skills and experience with quantitative and qualitative data analysis

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate strategy and customer insights into clear, impactful, and executable product requirements
