Our team supports our Group Benefits clients, coordinating efforts to provide world class benefits administration and customer service.

Plan Sponsor Administration is looking for a Bilingual, Junior Payroll Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, influential, and passionate professional who is committed to building solid relationships while delivering on initiatives in a fast-paced and changing environment.

What You Will Do
  • Schedule and coordinate running the files
  • Send the files to the client
  • Quality-check the files
  • Comparing multiple sources of documentation to build a test plan for each client
  • Manage payroll files, which includes:
  • Set up the system that allows the file to run
  • Identify inconsistencies between documentation and the enrolment tool and log defects as the need arises
  • Collaborator engagement, including consistent communication throughout the life cycle of the testing process
  • Investigation into defects to resolve root cause as well as following the item through to successful completion
  • Answer inquiries about the files and their content
  • Business User Acceptance Testing

Strong Assets


  • Prior experience in a payroll environment or working with payroll files

Salary & Benefits


The annual base salary for this role is listed below.


Primary Location


Toronto, Ontario


Salary range is expected to be between


$45,150.00 CAD - $75,250.00 CAD

The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
