Responsibilities:

• Collect new leads, collect referrals, and manage client contracts
• Build relationships with our union members
• Provide packages for union members and their extended family
• Maintaining existing relationships with clients
• Completing applications for insurance products
• Presenting and explaining our products and benefit packages over zoom video call
• Provide protection for new clients and existing clients
• Find new opportunities to upsell
• Scheduling appointments with clients who have requested our benefits

Qualifications:

• Team player who works well under pressure
• Excellent communication skills
• LLQP license required upon hire
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Business education preferred
• Self disciplined and strong multi-tasker
• Financial services education preferred
• Basic computer skills

Compensation

- Pay is on a merit based bonus structure

- Starting pay range: $45,000 - $75,000 /yr

- Additional compensation:
