Type of Employment: Contract role
Title: Compensation Administrator
Duration: 6 month
Work from Home: 3 days in office (at 401 and Mississauga Road) and 2 days at home.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Compensation Administrator to manage and coordinate our organization's compensation policies and programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring our pay structures, managing the annual salary review process, conducting job evaluations and market analysis, and developing and implementing incentive plans. They will also be responsible for analyzing and administering employee benefit programs such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans, and other fringe benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze the organization's pay structures, providing recommendations for changes as needed.
- Analyze compensation data and provide insights and reports to management.
- Manage and coordinate the overall compensation policies and programs of the organization, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and market standards.
- Manage the annual salary review process, ensuring that all salary increases are accurate and within budget.
- Develop and implement incentive plans to motivate and reward employees.
- Conduct job evaluations and market analysis to ensure that our salaries remain competitive.
- Stay up-to-date on relevant legislation and industry trends related to compensation and benefits.
- Administer employee benefit programs such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans, and other fringe benefits.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a compensation administrator.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of legal requirements related to compensation and benefits.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and related applications.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, finance, or a related field.
