Detailed Job Description A Compensation Administrator is responsible for developing, implementing, and administering the organization’s compensation and benefits programs. This includes developing and administering salary and bonus programs, developing and administering employee benefits programs, and developing and administering incentive programs. The Compensation Administrator is also responsible for ensuring that the organization’s compensation and benefits programs are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and that they are competitive with the market. The Compensation Administrator is also responsible for working with other departments to ensure that the organization’s compensation and benefits programs are meeting the needs of the organization.
