Overview A Compensation Partner is a professional who is responsible for developing and implementing compensation strategies and programs that are aligned with the organization’s overall business objectives. They are responsible for ensuring that the organization’s compensation practices are competitive and compliant with applicable laws and regulations. Detailed Job Description A Compensation Partner is responsible for developing and administering compensation programs and policies that are in line with the organization’s overall business objectives. They are responsible for researching and analyzing market data to ensure that the organization’s compensation practices are competitive and compliant with applicable laws and regulations. They are also responsible for developing and administering salary surveys, job evaluations, and performance management systems. In addition, they are responsible for developing and administering incentive and bonus plans, and providing guidance and advice to management on compensation-related matters. Job Skills Required• Knowledge of compensation principles, practices, and procedures
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
• Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in compensation and/or human resources
• Professional certification in compensation (e.g. CCP, GRP, etc.) is preferred
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of compensation principles, practices, and procedures
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
• Knowledge of job evaluation and performance management systems
• Knowledge of salary surveys and market data
• Knowledge of incentive and bonus plans
Job Experience
• 5+ years of experience in compensation and/or human resources
• Experience in developing and administering compensation programs and policies
• Experience in researching and analyzing market data
• Experience in developing and administering salary surveys, job evaluations, and performance management systems
• Experience in developing and administering incentive and bonus plans
