Job Description

Our client located in Markham is currently looking for an Office Coordinator to add to their team.This is NOT a remote position.You will be required to work in the office 5 days a week.



In this role, you will be responsible for:


Ensuring office operation runs smoothly

Answering the phone and greeting visitors

Scheduling meetings and making travel arrangements

Shipping and tracing packages and devices

Maintaining office supplies and kitchen items

Supporting the sales and marketing teams when required

Any other office duties as required


The ideal candidate will/must have:


Excellent verbal and written communication skills

3-4 years of office support administration experience

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Superior working knowledge of MS Office

Previous operations experience preferred
