Are you ready to be the ultimate multi-tasking maestro? We’re looking for a vibrant Administrative Assistant to join our mission for good.
Your contribution:
- Provide administrative support and coverage to various teams in the organization with ease and adaptability.
- Receipt and distribution of incoming mail to appropriate stakeholders.
- Maintain an organized, clean and orderly work environment.
- Monitor, order and receive office supplies using Oracle database ERP system.
- Receive and process approved travel, training and conference registrations.
- Maintain front desk security and security access lists and report any suspicious activities.
- Provide coverage and back-up support to the Executive Assistant.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Tackle administrative tasks with extreme precision.
- Help orchestrate amazing corporate events.
- Handle calls and inquiries with professionalism.
- Master the art of databases and create reports as requested by senior management.
- Organize and maintain appropriate filing systems.
- Create and guide visitors and employees with pizzazz.
This is a general description of duties that are done regularly in this role. Please note that employees will be asked to perform duties outside of the following to assist in other Company-related activities as required.
What this role requires:
- 2-4 years’ experience working in a fast-paced office environment, providing support to members of senior management.
- Certificate in Business Administration is preferred.
