Administrative Assistant
Saskatoon, SK

Introduction
Brunel is seeking an Administrative Assistant for our mining client who is responsible for providing comprehensive support to our executive team and ensuring the smooth functioning of our organization. This temporary role will support our current administrative pool to ensure that we are meeting and maintaining business requirements.
Responsibilities
- Acts as a reliable point of contract between the Leadership team, team members, internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinates and facilitates internal and external communications on behalf of Lead Team
- Prepares and organizes documents, presentations and reports for meetings and conferences.
- Conducts thorough research and complies data to assist with decision-making processes
- Performs various administrative tasks, such as expense management, budget management and procurement of small goods and services.
- Manages lead team calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently
- Supports the planning and execution of event, including meetings, seminars, workshops, and corporate functions.
- Proactively identifies opportunities to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency
Requirements
- Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in using productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite and Teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Undergraduate degree in business administration, communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience.
