Job Description
The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the branch with regards to branch communications, report preparation, correspondence, and the maintenance and organization of files. The successful candidate will also provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.


Key Responsibilities:


Maintain working files as required for area personnel and all levels of branch


management.


Submit payroll time sheets in a timely and accurate manner.


Prepare and distribute reports as directed.


Process invoices and purchase orders for the area as needed.


Sort, review and distribute all incoming and outgoing mail, facsimiles, and


electronic transmissions.


Coordinate and organize all training workshops and meetings within the area.


Demonstrate professionalism by maintaining a high degree of integrity, ethics, and confidentiality.


Prepare and distribute meeting minutes as required.


Restocking of PPE supplies and monthly PPE inventory count.


Requirements:


High School Diploma or GED required.


2-year degree in business related field or a minimum of 3 years’ experience in


an administrative capacity or equivalent combination.


Excellent skills in the use of Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and Word.


Ability to multitask and work independently or in a team environment.
