We are currently recruiting an Administration Clerk for our Kingston, ON location with a flexible start date of June 1, 2023.

Administration Clerk – This role is responsible for assisting in the administration of company operations.This includes, but is not limited to, purchasing laboratory and office supplies, processing payables, invoice management, data entry, and other key functions that must be accomplished in a timely and accurate manner.
All candidates should be flexible and capable of managing deadlines. A detailed description of the role, responsibilities, and qualifications appear below. Appropriate training will be provided as required.

Roles and Responsibilities
·Purchasing of laboratory and office supplies based on order forms
·Purchase order tracking, and following up with suppliers on order delays
·Invoice matching and accurate data entry of incoming invoices
·Adhering to internal controls and signing authorities
·Accurate data entry and reconciliation of all corporate credit card activities
·Assist as directed with month-end and year-end activities
·Support of reporting function and other administrative tasks
Qualification Requirements
·Secondary school diploma
·Keen attention to detail with an emphasis on accurate record keeping
·Strong written and verbal communication skills
·Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
·Ability to quickly learn software programs. Previous experience with Quickbooks or procurement software is an asset
·Working knowledge of basic accounting principles is an asset
·Currently legally permitted to work in Canada.
