5-7+ years of professional experience, ideally in consulting or sales strategy/business operations roles

Bachelor's or advanced degree in Marketing, Business Administration. Minimum 7 years of brand management experience in retail CPG, preferably in food.

Business owner responsible for P&L management of McCain's retail potato business.

Has strong communication and influence skills; is able to bring the cross functional team along, manage, motivate and develop direct reports.

Manages and motivates team of two direct reports as well as cross-functional team members in a broader matrix environment.

Has some experience with mentoring or leading a team of directs.

In depth analysis of the market/consumer/trends and development of key strategies across the 4ps.

Strong leadership skills and experience with change management initiatives and the ability to influence others.

Demonstrated project management experience with diverse stakeholders.

Outstanding understanding and delivery of project management methodology for sophisticated project and proven facilitation experience, including session design and delivery.

Keep company management advised of project status through ongoing contact, communication and presentations.

Post-secondary degree or diploma, or relevant work experience.

Experience and knowledge with the Data Warehouse ETL process

5+ years of experience working as a Data Engineer/Data Science-Product with expertise in programming languages like Python/SQL
