Overview A Learning and Development Trainer is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for employees. They create and implement training programs that are tailored to the needs of the organization and its employees. They also provide guidance and support to employees in order to help them develop their skills and knowledge. Detailed Job Description A Learning and Development Trainer is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for employees. They create and implement training programs that are tailored to the needs of the organization and its employees. They also provide guidance and support to employees in order to help them develop their skills and knowledge. They may also be responsible for developing and delivering training materials, such as manuals, handouts, and presentations. Job Skills Required• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to assess training needs and develop appropriate training programs
• Ability to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
• Knowledge of current trends and best practices in learning and development
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in computer applications, such as Microsoft Office
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, or a related field
• Experience in training and development
• Certification in instructional design or a related field
Job Knowledge
