Job Overview
We wish to appoint a professional Learning and Development ( L&D) Manager on a remote basis.Communication with team members will be electronic with mandatory attendance and participation in weekly company-wide training calls for in-house and professional development.
As aLearning and Development Manager, you should assist and provide support and necessary training to your team members.You should also help them acquire new skills and learn professional development.In addition to this, you should assess and determine the potential areas for growth and progression.

Responsibilities
- Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with team members and management colleagues.
- Identify target areas and KPIs for members of your team.
- Implementing various skill development and motivation techniques.
- Develop, edit, publish, and share content, for example, pictures or video on a regular basis, with the Learning & Development team.
- Stay up to date with the latest developments and trends in the industry.
- Providing one-on-one coaching sessions when required.
- Plan and prepare training materials in line with latest trends.
- Arrange in-house training programs and present when scheduled.
- Record and report training courses and results.Share the same with the Learning & Development team on a regular basis.
- Assess and identify the current skills of team members .
- Modify and adjust team training programs when needed.
- Monitor and evaluate the team’s progress through monthly performance reviews.
- Manage and execute social media campaigns through audience identification, benchmarking, competitive research, and platform determination.
- Attending conferences and events to upgrade skills and knowledge.
- Research and incorporate new methodologies for effective development and overall growth.
- Analyse marketing metrics such as leads, retention, response, and ROI.
- Develop and implement learning strategies for the overall development of your team.
- Thoroughly research and analyse data to identify marketing opportunities.
Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of Social Media Marketing channels - Google+, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
- Basic knowledge of photo and video editing.
- Exceptional management and instructional skills.
- Current knowledge of effective instructional models and resources.
- Hands-on experience in Microsoft Office and LMS (Learning Management System) like Docebo or TalentLMS.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain a positive environment in the workplace.
- Minimum 5 years work experience as a Learning & Development Specialist, Training & Development Manager,or Training Manager
- Good time management abilities.
- Excellent content writing skills.
- Excellent listening skills.
- Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
- Strong organizational, leadership, interpersonal, decision making, problem solving, and analytical skills.
- Outstanding presentation skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
