Job Description


We are seeking vibrant and like-minded professionals across Canada to join our team in a remote setting. As a Learning and Development Specialist - Remote you will have the opportunity to work independently, maintain a flexible schedule, and contribute to a supportive, success-oriented culture. In partnership with a globally successful company, we offer award-winning online Personal Development training modules to support ongoing adult education as well as Live Events.


Responsibilities


  • Attend weekly training sessions to flesh out your life and career perspective: Engage in regular training sessions to enhance your personal and professional growth, gaining valuable insights and perspectives.
  • Interview pre-qualified potential customers by phone/Zoom: Conduct interviews to assess candidates, their needs, experience and suitability for our personal development programs.
  • Marketing digitally delivered personal development educational programs and retreats on various online platforms - full training provided.
  • Grow and support your team: Collaborate with and support other team members, sharing knowledge and experiences to foster growth and success.
  • Be in action consolidating your business pipeline - supported by a mentor: Continuously work on expanding and nurturing your business pipeline, receiving guidance and support from a leader.
  • Establish a good rapport with prospective candidates: Build a positive and trusting relationship demonstrating through your own professional demeanour the value of our training modules.
  • Commitment to self-growth by immersing yourself in the products: Embrace the personal development training modules yourself, deepening your understanding of the content and its impact.


Qualifications


  • Minimum of 5+ years of work experience: A minimum of five years of professional experience, preferably in roles involving training, human resources, leadership development, talent acquisition and nurturing
  • Inner resolve and self-motivation: Demonstrated ability to stay motivated, take initiative, and work independently in a remote setting.
  • Experience in contributing to the growth and development of teams and individuals, whether small and medium-sized enterprises, owner-operated ventures, or corporate environments.
  • A backdrop of training and upskilling others
  • A desire to up the ante in your professional trajectory: Ambition and aspiration to elevate your professional path and achieve greater success.
  • A strong pull towards self-growth is recommended: A genuine desire to invest in personal growth and development, recognizing its value in both personal and professional aspects of life.
