Warehouse Inventory Specialist Jobs

Mandate:
Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, the Warehouse Inventory Specialist will act as the primary contact for all inventory related tasks for a designated account. The candidate will perform cycle counts, investigations, and other necessary inventory duties. The candidate will also support warehouse operations by providing timely and efficient service to customer inquiries.
Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Respond to customer questions via telephone and written correspondence professionally and promptly.
• Analyze inventory, and identify gaps, corrective actions, and procedures to improve inventory accuracy.
• Daily interaction with external as well as internal customers.

Requirements:

• Bondable (Criminal check is required - able to acquire and maintain Federal Security Clearance in good standing)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; must be able to prepare and analyze inventory reports
• Experience using a Reach machine or Cherry Picker as an asset
• Knowledge and understanding of RF/WMS
• Minimum 1-2 years of warehouse inventory management experience
