Career Opportunity – Territory Sales Representative
We have an exciting opportunity to hire a Territory Sales Representative. The successful candidate will be accountable for supporting the sales, operations for OSL. Our ideal candidate is a confident, inspiring, and accountable person who can work independently as well as in a team environment.
Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
  • Share success stories with the team and leverage their support to formulate solutions to challenges
  • Proactively engage and interact with customers
  • Report key insights about consumer feedback to Sales Manager
  • Various other duties as required
  • Challenge yourself to exceed daily and weekly expectations
  • Conduct and attend training sessions, meetings, and events as required
  • Embody the OSL brand by articulating the positive impact of converting and creating a great signup experience for customers
  • Conclude the interaction by gaining the customer’s commitment
Job Requirements:
  • Thrive working independently and very goal driven
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced environment, is extremely outgoing, and is passionate about the opportunity to make a positive impact
  • Ability to persevere through rejection and are a problem solver
  • Able to successfully use technology to perform job functions such as tablet, google email, business software, and group chats
  • Must have a high level of interpersonal skills to work with others
  • Firm understanding of sales and customer service fundamentals
  • Prior experience within energy, credit card, or door-to-door sales is preferable
  • A second language is considered an asset
  • A learner who challenges the status quo
  • Must have reliable transportation and have a valid driver’s license
  • Strong communication skills: pleasant and persuasive
  • You are optimistic, enthusiastic, and are up for the challenge of empowering people
  • Ability to stand / walk for extended periods of time in all weather conditions
  • Flexibility to work various schedules including days, evenings, and weekends
