Key responsibilities:
• Workplace Management System (WMS)
o Configure new sites and load (AutoCAD) floorplans to the WMS including the management of assigned and bookable workspaces.
o Work with the company’s external design partners to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
o Manage and complete requests for system administration updates and changes.
o Coordinate supporting resources, such as desk labels and wayfinding signage.
o Conduct virtual user group demonstrations of the system in support of program implementation.
o Respond to “how-to” inquiries regarding use of the system.
o Document and maintain system admin processes and procedures and seek ways to optimize.
o First Point of Contact for issues, escalating in a timely fashion to ensure proactive communications and resolutions can be found to mitigate disruptions.
• Building Security System
o Configure New sites and manage rule and process changes for existing sites.
o Conduct virtual training for new administrators.
o Document and maintain system admin processes and procedures and seek ways to optimize.
o Support the coordination and installation of hardware at new sites.
• ServiceNow Workorder Management System
o Coordinate the training and set up of new Real Estate users into the system.
o Track and coordinate requests for feature additions or changes.
• Cross-Training
o Cross-Train in the Technology Coordinator role to provide support and vacation coverage.

The following qualifications will assist the successful candidate:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of industry experience in similar technical systems and/ or space management; facilities &/or construction management preferred.
- Bilingual candidate preferred to support our French employees & advisors.
- No travel requirement is anticipated
- Hybrid position - Mainly in office
- AutoCAD experience preferred.
- Comprehensive proficiency in MS Office applications – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project
