Senior Technology Coordinator Jobs

Provides internal stakeholders with an effective primary point of contact and ownership for planning, delivery and management of technology solutions.

Knowledge of software development practices, concepts, and technology obtained through formal training and/or work experience.

Manages resources and leads the execution of strategic initiatives to deliver on business and financial goals.

Collaborates to identify high value technology requirements and solution opportunities.

Identify opportunities to optimize processes, enhance performance, and drive efficiency in portfolio management and initiative tracking

Knowledge of software development practices, concepts, and technology obtained through formal training and/or work experience.

Typically 10-15 years of work experience in SW development/implementation/migration

Experience translating technology strategy into implementation plans with strong execution and delivery capability

Experience managing a Portfolio and involvement in Strategic Initiatives, with impact at enterprise level

Knowledge of solution architecture and understanding the dynamics of downstream/upstream impact of technology

Support project lead with risk, budget and schedule management. Support progress of project and actualizing of schedule.

Work alongside leads to establish standard practices, improve documentation and change management processes.

Ensure the system designs adhere to the contractual requirements of the project.

Involved in daily on-site coordination of activities and responsibilities

Strong work ethic and superior troubleshooting skills.

Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsible to coordinate and support automation projects, participates in installation and start-up of new equipment, manage parts and supplies, manage inventory.

Minimum 2 years of relatable experience required

A college diploma in manufacturing technology and/or trade certification is an asset

Prepares and monitors project budgets, taking action on issue and risk management pertaining to project expenditures.

Develops and maintains project schedules using project management systems (such as Microsoft Project, Microsoft Enterprise Project Management, etc.).

Implements and maintains project management processes such as issue management, project change management and risk management.

Implements detailed plans and recommends policies/procedures regarding program specific requirements.

Facilitates collection of business requirements and builds consensus amongst clients on accomplishment of deliverables.

Minimum of 3-5 years of industry experience in similar technical systems and/ or space management; facilities &/or construction management preferred.

• ServiceNow Workorder Management System

No travel requirement is anticipated

o Manage and complete requests for system administration updates and changes.

o Configure New sites and manage rule and process changes for existing sites.
