Champion the Change Management process, encompassing all changes in Questrade’s Technology Group

Investigate and triage tickets through Jira Service Management

Experience and knowledge of IT Governance, Risk and Compliance processes and tools.

Experience in various IT risk analysis and assessments

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong interpersonal and collaborative problem-solving skills

Liaise with Technology Delivery Manager in the management of change tickets (via ITSM processes) as needed

Consolidate and manage team confluence pages

Previous experience working in a technology solution environment is an asset 

Previous experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is an asset 

Experience with JIRA, ServiceNow, Clarity (CA PPM), ServiceNow is an asset

As a subject matter expert on NBIN applications you will manage daily system support inquiries from NBIN teams and clients

Experience in a client application support role, ideally within the carrying broker and custodial services business

Experience with IBM OSS/ISM, CRM2, AS400, Croesus, and Thomson Reuters is an asset

Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Act as a liaison between our IT partners and users, effectively communicating in both business and technical terms

Minimum of 3-5 years of industry experience in similar technical systems and/ or space management; facilities &/or construction management preferred.

• Workplace Management System (WMS)

• ServiceNow Workorder Management System

No travel requirement is anticipated

o Manage and complete requests for system administration updates and changes.

o Configure New sites and manage rule and process changes for existing sites.
