Operational Technology Coordinator Jobs

Support the BeyondTrust – Privileged Remote Access system.

Experience in working with both industrial and corporate technologies

Experienced in supporting complex, multi-technology systems

Capable of designing systems that require in depth knowledge of: Networking, Azure Active Directory, SCADA/DCS, IP cameras, cyber security

Experience with industrial technologies from vendor like Emerson, Rockwell, Porter, and USNR

Follow standards and procedures for the use of industrial technologies

Prepare, manage, and coordinate all the scheduling activities for different sites in the lower mainland area.

Ensure all sites and zones are covered as requirements and update employee schedules.

Use scheduling software to input client requirements and update employee schedules.

Collaborate with the team to reduce overtime by seeking and applying scheduling knowledge.

Ensure scheduling compliance in accordance with the ISO 900 requirements.

Identify and evaluate threats and vulnerabilities within the OT environment, assist in remediation, manage risks and report progress to management .

Lead OT Infrastructure Asset Management initiative and manage inventory of OT Systems

Liaise, support and manage cyber standards and governance between Engineering, Cyber, and the Cybersecurity Committee

Experience and understanding of Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems, onboard sites and assets.

Assist in implementation of OT related requirements defined within Cybersecurity related policies and procedures throughout the organization

Knowledge of IT and OT leading industry practices

Support project lead with risk, budget and schedule management. Support progress of project and actualizing of schedule.

Work alongside leads to establish standard practices, improve documentation and change management processes.

Ensure the system designs adhere to the contractual requirements of the project.

Involved in daily on-site coordination of activities and responsibilities

Strong work ethic and superior troubleshooting skills.

Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsible to coordinate and support automation projects, participates in installation and start-up of new equipment, manage parts and supplies, manage inventory.

Minimum 2 years of relatable experience required

A college diploma in manufacturing technology and/or trade certification is an asset

Successful completion of Diploma in Business Administration, Training and Education or Marketing/Communications from an accredited post-secondary institution.

Advanced proficiency in MS Office, SAP/LMS, and SharePoint. Basic knowledge of computer systems operations, environment and peripherals.

Demonstrated sound analytical and organizational skills.
