Project Administrator Coordinator (Contract Position)

Ideally hybrid in Winnipeg, however remote may be an option

Description

Assist Project Managers in all phases of project management. This includes:

Development and monitoring of project plans

Development of status reports and business cases

Supporting risk and issue mitigation activities, including maintenance of Risk, Issue, Action Item and Decision (RAID) Logs

Facilitating project team meetings including development of agenda, leading meetings and ensuring follow up of action items identified

Leading work streams within a project (for example, testing, pre-go-live activities, change management activities and/or project evaluations)

Where required, assist in the execution of project deliverables

Support departmental initiatives – this may include facilitating the development and documentation of processes and templates, developing briefing notes/reports and presentations, and carrying out other relevant tasks

Assist in the creation of consolidated IT PMO reports for executive level team.

Support the IT PMO with senior leadership meeting facilitation and presentation preparation.

Assist the Governance and Compliance team with on-boarding and ensuring new staff understand and follow the PMO processes.

Other duties, as required
