Job Description

Damar Security Systems, one of the largest independent integrated security providers in Canada, is currently seeking a Technical Support Representative to join our team of service professionals in South Western Ontario.

Responsibilities

Our technical support team members provide front line assistance with the programming, testing, configuration and quality assurance of intrusion, card access, video and monitoring solutions. Members of our field operations technical support team are highly organized, passionate about protecting property and saving lives and thrive working with our field technicians, contract partners and end users providing the best customer experience in our industry.


Qualifications

Preference will be given to applicants that have previous field experience in the security alarm industry, experience using Sedona office, those in possession of existing technical certifications (DMP, AXIS, OpenEye, Alarm.com, DSC)


A high level of competence in computer software operation (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and working in a clients network or cloud environment is required.


Excellent verbal and written communication skills are critical to the success of this role.
