Technical Support Representative – Remote role
- A focus on work-life balance to ensure your wellbeing and productivity. This position offers a remote work arrangement with occasional office visits as needed.
- Join a passionate and inclusive team of professionals.
- Full-time (37.50 hours per week).
- Hourly salary of $22.00.
- Monday to Friday schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- 06-month contract with strong potential for permanent employment.
- Perform user administration for various applications and systems (e.g., Active Directory, ISAM, LDAP).
- Administer business-facing applications in accordance with defined standards.
- Record and track requests and follow up on pending items.
- Communicate with users in a clear and professional manner, providing instructions and status updates.
- Prioritize and manage multiple requests based on their urgency and impact.
- Ensure ticket lifecycle adheres to defined standard.
- Proficiency in Access Management technologies, including Active Directory, IBM Security Access Manager, and LDAP.
- Self-motivated and self-directed, with the capability to prioritize and complete tasks effectively.
- Exceptional time management and self-management abilities.
- Capable of working independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical requirements for non-technical business partners and influence different perspectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple requests within tight timeframes.
