As a Test Environment Management Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our testing environments, enabling our software development and quality assurance teams to deliver high-quality products.

What You'll Be Doing

• Liaison with 3rd party support teams to properly plan and schedule Infrastructure changes.
• The Operations and Lab Support teams are responsible for supporting multiple physical test labs and over six, end to end test environments composed of Mainframe, Citrix, midrange servers and PCs. Our clients are across all lines of businesses within domestic BNS including Agile Labs and RDP offshore.
• Perform activities such as test environment status monitoring and vulnerability management etc .
• Reviews, recommend and provide guidance in the execution walkthroughs of the technical change release process for host and mid range upgrades.
• You would provide 2nd level of support to internal/external clients and BNS service desk for a wide range of applications and platforms. Evaluate problems of moderate to high complexity. Provide guidance to service desk and peers on complex issues. Use established procedures to identify actions to be taken and recommend/implement basic solutions to end user problems. Communicate status to the appropriate people in a timely manner. Escalate high customer impact issues to Sr management.
• Timely completion of all assigned administration functions: e.g. Status reports, time reporting, development plans, setting objectives, performance appraisals, etc.
• Use established standards, methodology and technical judgement to deliver on a range of requirements and requests. Takes ownership and accountability of work streams within large projects and functions.
• Oversee and provide guidance in multiple, constantly changing test environment(s) in order to maintain maximum online availability
• Identify, recommend and review process improvements and modifications to departmental documentation and operating procedures, actively participate in team huddles.

• You have practical knowledge of business requirements of the products, technology stacks and platforms supported, and business requirements supported
• You assist in planning and documenting changes of hardware/software infrastructure relating to configuration policies at indicated in IT Standards and Policies.
• You like to document technical solutions and infrastructure designs/improvements.
• You share knowledge of industry and technology trends
• You have great critical thinking, strategic thinking, and time management skills
• You apply working conceptual and practical knowledge in a technical discipline; understands standards; mitigation of issues and deviation from standards
• You are keen to understand and align to change management processes with infrastructure hardware maintenance requirements to service both command center support and technical application owners.
