·10 years' experience in a Systems Analysis role working to collect and understand functional and non-functional (technical) requirements from multiple stakeholders through interviews and workshops; and documenting and presenting these as specifications and technical approaches.The Response should include at least 3 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 10 years.

·10 years' experience implementing or upgrading clinical systems in a healthcare environment.Experience should include eliciting and documenting requirements, translating them into specifications, and testing the end solution. The Response should include at least 3 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 10 years.

·7 years' experience integrating healthcare information systems and testing that integration.Experience should include integration using the Health Level 7 (HL7) standard. The Response should include at least 3 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 7 years.

·7 years' experience implementing the Allscripts suite of products in a healthcare environment. Experience should include developing and testing integration between the Allscripts solutions and other clinical information systems. The Response should include at least 3 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 7 years.

·2 years' experience developing integration between electronic health record systems and RIS (Radiology Information System) and PACS (Picture Archive and Communication Systems) solutions. The Response should include at least 1 example including the duration of the project or work that totals at least 2 years.

·2 years' experience developing integration between electronic health record systems and Pharmacy Information System solutions. The Response should include at least 1 example including the duration of the project or work that totals at least 2 years.

·2 years' experience providing end user support for healthcare information solutions including training. The Response should include at least 1 example including the duration of the project or work that totals at least 2 years.
