The Role:

Hi, I’m Amna, and I’m currently the Sr Manager of Corporate FP&A at Mejuri, looking for a Sr FP&A Analyst to join our growing Finance team.

As the Sr FP&A Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Providing recommendations around Financial communications both internally and externally
• Owning the Close Process + Timeline
• Supporting the team with any ad hoc analyses
• Managing all Corporate G&A Departments

It’s a great time to join the Finance team because of the opportunity to influence the foundational DNA of the Finance organization as well as fostering cross functional decision support with a profit lens.

What you'll do:

Month End

• Leading the MBR around key insights for Sales, Margin, G&A and Balance Sheet/ Cash Flow activity
• Owning all Close related communications while highlighting key insights, trends and recommendations
• Liaising with business partners to provide comprehensive overviews of their performance, highlighting risks and opportunities
• Preparing Ad Hoc Analyses that may arise to help contextualize performance
• Providing commentary around variances (including an emphasis around key drivers)

Forecasting

• Administrative activities for Planful (FP&A Planning Tool)
• Building and maintaining models around Customer Experience Productivity, Marketing Effectiveness, Photography and other Corporate G&A expenses

Ad Hoc

• Process improvements around month-end and other routine tasks
• Supporting the broader FP&A team on analyses covering eCOM, Retail, Overhead, Long-range Planning, etc

• Business Acumen: ability to use insight of the internal and external business environment to improve and drive performance. Ability to turn operational insights into financial data.
• Experience: Proven track record of (forecasting and operational analysis)
• Results Driven: ability to take steps personally to ensure that mutual goals and performance target are met within the appropriate time frame
• Relationship Building: exchange information for mutually beneficial goals; gain respect and commitment from team members and proactively keep internal and external relationships active
• Influencing: ask open ended questions to clarify issues, communicate openly, ask for ideas and come to mutually agreed decisions using logic and reasoning
• Skills: Advanced financial modelling and MS Excel skills required to product financial models and budgets using generally accepted modeling techniques and formats
• Designation/Experience: Having a CFA, CBV, or CPA designation is a plus
• Skills: Plan and prepare revenue forecasts for E-commerce, margin and inventory
