Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong background in Systems and Development to join our team. If you are passionate about learning new applications, understanding business logic, and analyzing source code, this is the perfect opportunity for you. You will be part of a dynamic and fast-paced IT environment where you will contribute to solution design, development, deployment, and the transition to operations.


Responsibilities:

  • Document analysis and provide effective solutions.
  • Research, evaluate, and recommend new technologies.
  • Troubleshoot system and application errors.
  • Assist end users with troubleshooting and recommend configuration changes.
  • Collaborate with consultants and developers on system customization.
  • Monitor application reports to identify and resolve core issues.
  • Provide level 2 & 3 support for existing business applications.
  • Identify opportunities for future enhancements and upgrades.
  • Maintain data integrity, internal controls, and audit trails across applications.
  • Analyze existing applications to identify root cause issues.

Technical requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
  • Familiarity with Docker Container, AWS, PHP, AngularJS, and ReactJS is a plus.
  • Proficiency in C++, VB, SQL, .NET Framework/Core, MVC, WebAPI, Javascript, HTML5, CSS, Git, Visual Studio.
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft technologies and their integration for business solutions.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365, Azure platform solutions (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
