Senior Financial Analyst, Fp&A

Our client is one of the largest homebuilders in North America, with a long history of operations across the United States and Canada. The company has won numerous awards for culture and management including Canada’s Best Managed Companies, Top 100 Companies and Most Admired Cultures. This role is part of a new division, formed in 2021, with very aggressive growth plans to triple in size in the next five years.

This newly created role of Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A will be an integral member on this journey to accelerate this division’s growth and be a trusted business partner to the functions of development and sales & marketing.

This is an exciting role responsible for supporting the annual 10-year business plan, quarterly forecasts, month-end/KPI reporting, along with driving value-added initiatives and across the business.

The successful candidate will have a CPA and 3 plus progressive years in finance and financial analysis within a sophisticated environment; real estate experience would be an asset only. Compensation is competitive, including home-ownership incentives. Due to the high growth plans of the division and company, there are excellent opportunities for development and promotion. Location is West Toronto.
