Telecommunication Technical Analyst Jobs

Must have minimum of (4) years of experience working with and configuring Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) equipment.

Experience training individuals on the use of AV and VC equipment.

Minimum of nine (9) years of in the field of Audio-visual and Videoconferencing installation, troubleshooting and engineering.

Perform activities such as test environment status monitoring and vulnerability management etc .

You have practical knowledge of business requirements of the products, technology stacks and platforms supported, and business requirements supported

You share knowledge of industry and technology trends

Minimum of 1 - 3 years’ experience within Richardson

Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills are required

User support locally and across Canada and the US

Perform account and security modifications, troubleshooting application related issues and fulfilling requests

Testing and working closely with application development and the other service desk groups

Participate in a variety of projects as assigned
