Student Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Student Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Global Trust Educational Consultancy. As a Student Recruitment Specialist, you will play a vital role in connecting with prospective international students and guiding them through the process of choosing the right educational opportunities in Canada.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, ensuring up-to-date knowledge of their offerings, admission processes, and academic requirements.
• Conduct thorough assessments of students' educational background, interests, and career goals to provide tailored guidance on suitable study programs.
• Coordinate with the admissions team to track application statuses, communicate admission decisions, and facilitate the enrollment process.
• Stay updated on changes in immigration policies, student visa requirements, and other relevant regulations.
• Participate in education fairs, conferences, and other recruitment events to promote our services and establish partnerships with educational institutions.
• Utilize various communication channels, including phone, email, and social media, to maintain regular contact with students throughout their application journey.
• Assist students in completing application forms, preparing necessary documents, and submitting applications to universities and colleges.
• Engage with prospective international students and provide comprehensive information about study options, programs, admission requirements, and scholarship opportunities.

Requirements:

• Proven organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage multiple student applications.
• Previous experience in student recruitment, educational consulting, or a similar role is highly desirable.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong knowledge of the Canadian education system, study programs, and admission requirements.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Familiarity with immigration policies, student visa processes, and related regulations.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other technology tools for efficient communication and data management.
