Randstad inhouse Services Team is hiring a Recruitment Specialist to support one of our clients in the automotive industry, located in Guelph, ON. The Recruitment Specialist will be actively engaged in identifying talent to ensure client and job fit while promoting and acting at all times in a manner consistent with Randstad’s core values: “to know, to serve, to trust”, “the simultaneous promotion of all interests”, and “striving for perfection”.
The ideal candidate is a customer-oriented professional looking for a long term opportunity to grow their career in the staffing industry. One who is a team player and understands how to multi-task and prioritize competing tasks.

Responsibilities
As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for:
> Engaging in full cycle end-to-end recruitment
> Identifying and sourcing candidates through a network of resources
> Working closely with your team to ensure that the “right candidates” are delivered on time and meet client quality and value expectations
> Maintaining the business relationship/partnership with the client
> interacting with talent and client representatives on a daily basis
> Navigating various spreadsheets and documents using Microsoft Office suite
Qualifications
To be considered for the Recruitment Specialist position, you must have:
  • A track record of demonstrated recruiting success
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work full time, onsite in Guelph
  • At least 4 months experience in recruitment, sourcing or interviewing
  • Ability to build long-term and trusting business relationships with your team
