Our team is looking for a Strategic Sales Executive who will be responsible to develop and drive a sales strategy aimed at identifying and qualifying opportunities in Ontario. The Strategic Sales Executive be creating and nurturing relationships with Executive clients by positioning the value proposition of IN-RGY’s line of business and services.


As a Strategic Sales Executive, you will:


  • Work with the Sales team to develop and execute programs to drive pipeline of sales;
  • Participate in sales campaigns and develop sales best practices
  • Collaborate with our team of experts to educate target accounts on the solutions and services (our teams implement SAP, SuccessFactors, WorkForce Software and UKG solutions)
  • Lead efforts to establish, develop, and expand market share and revenue and secure new business opportunities;
  • Conduct account planification for strategic deals;


What you need to succeed:


  • Strategic thinking.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields (Business / Engineering or Technology);
  • Focused on customer service;
  • Outstanding communication interpersonal and presentation skills;
  • 3-5 years of experience selling business software and/or IT solutions;
  • Teamwork & collaborative spirit is a must;
  • Proven track record in target achievement (experience in selling to C-level clients is an asset);
