About This Team
Strategic Sales creates word of mouth and build brand awareness in communities by sharing our best in the world technical product with key athletic influencers around the world. We build win-win relationships with fitness studios, athletic teams and campus bookstores to create conversation about our product and ultimately drive guests to our vertical channels.
a day in the life: what you’ll do

• Support the Strategic Sales team in meeting facilitation and capturing actions
• Support the Strategic Sales team in the management and updating of resources and tools as required
• Provide administrative & operational support to the Strategic Sales team
• Responsible for select order processing and support with inventory management
• Own and complete additional special projects, duties and assignments as needed
• Responsible for fostering strong relationships and function as a liaison support for Account Managers, Operations, Licensing, Production and Product teams
• Support Account Managers with onboarding and offboarding of partners into and out of the Strategic Sales Program
• Identify constraints in our processes and work collaboratively to create new efficiencies

Qualifications

• Prepared to challenge the 'status quo,' with an active interest in innovating how we work Excellent written and verbal communication skill
• Loves to collaborate and support every area of the business with ad hoc projects
• Strong Knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) as well as PowerPoint, Smartsheet and SharePoint
• One year + experience in an administration or operations role
• One year + experience within a retail store or customer service centre
• Relevant experience or post-secondary degree in a related field
• Strong time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects within tight deadlines
• Ability to work well as a member on cross-functional teams, holding peers and partners accountable
