You will report directly to VP Sales and will be responsible for the successful development of the annual revenue objectives, focused on Canadian LTL and Truck Load sales. You will develop and implement a strategy to ensure the organization secures significant new customer opportunities related to the transportation division with a secondary focus on the growth of the warehouse division. Focus will be on adding new clients rather than account management. Excellent career prospects including rapid career progression is envisaged. Outstanding candidates can look forward to adding the complex warehousing solutions to their portfolio.

Location: GTA, Work from home, come to office as required, but commute to have F2F meetings with customers.

CANDIDATE PROFILE


We are seeking an accomplished sales / business development professional having 7-to-12-year experience with large reputable companies, of which at least 4 years in the transportation industry. Experience in LTL or TL sales will be highly valued. Experience in selling to medium to small customers will be an advantage. Transportation experience is a PREREQUISITE; please refrain from applying if you do not have this experience, thank you. We are seeking an ambitious and driven hunter and not a farmer. You are a self-starter and excel at managing productive relationships with key internal and external partners and all stakeholders.
