Avanciers is currently looking for Sr Business Development Manager _Staffing industry


The Sr. Business Development Manager is responsible for staffing services by identifying, prospecting and securing new clients.


Responsibilities:

· A hands-on self-starter, with experience in sales.

  • Possess strong communication skills and enjoys identifying new sales leads
  • Contacts with clients for IT positions.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
  • Well-developed writing skills, particularly with drafting proposals.
  • Create Business development plans.
  • Existing Relationships with Customers, MSP's, and VMS providers.
  • Negotiate Contracts & hourly rates, company social networking, and Work with management.
  • Cold call to generate leads for end customers (SME and large corporates, across domains and verticals), and bring in new customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Experience with Requests for Proposals (RFPs) with IT (Information Technology) positions
  • Generate leads and identify new business development opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.

· RFP/proposal experience.

  • ·Must be articulate and have great customer profiling and presentation skills.
