We are looking for someone who can zero in on the details to ensure brand governance company-wide, with a flair for polish and presentation to connect people to the brand. Ensuring a seamless client experience, a focus on partnering across our creative, demand generation, product marketing, public relations, field and channel marketing teams is required. The ideal candidate is an excellent writer and editor, who works well with cross-functional teams to review communications and maintain a client-focused approach. With an entrepreneurial spirit, the right candidate must balance competing priorities with ease, while digging into the details to review and approve material from around the world. A super resourceful and scrappy under pressure communicator, no day is the same within the Global Communications & Brand Team at SOTI!

From supporting our Global Communications team intake system to reviewing digital marketing materials, to video scripts and marketing collateral, the right candidate will not shy away from hands-on execution (updating files, reviewing localization requests, project management and more). Being proactive and accountable across all projects with a growth mindset is required. Across today’s rapidly evolving digital landscape, a passion for building a global brand with creative solutions and data driven results is essential.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders. You appreciate your role connecting people to the brand and have an ability and interest in building cross-functional relationships with others.
• Results-driven, continually raises the bar while delivering both quality and quantity.
• Project Management across a variety of programs, with experience in Project Management tools to oversee global projects and ensure compliance across multiple tools and systems.
• Creativity required, with an ability to manage day to day output, with a strong focus on quality execution and a positive client experience.
• Creative yet balanced with the ability to articulate data and insights. You stay on top of key trends and are always on the lookout for ways to leverage company/product information.
• As part of a team, support day to day Global Communications inquiries, focused on editing and proofreading content, encouraging team collaboration and capturing insights about organizational initiatives, business successes and events to communicate in a clear, timely and effective manner.
• Strong judgment and the ability to respond quickly, yet thoughtfully, to urgent matters.
• Review content for a variety of communications mediums: email blasts, website landing pages, video scripts, posters, brochures, social media, blog posts and more.
• Self-starter and proactive with a positive attitude. You get it done.

Experience You’ll Bring

• You have experience creating or editing written content in a business setting
• You are a graduate with a degree in Journalism, English, Professional Writing, Communications or related discipline. Post-Graduate in Public Relations Certificate an asset. Previous agency experience preferred.
• Stellar verbal and written communication skills. It’s your forte!
• Asana or other project management/collaboration tool experience is an asset
• B2B experience is an asset, experience in tech is highly preferred
• 2-4 years of experience in a writing and or communications function preferred, demonstrable volunteer/intern positions considered
