As a Content Coordinator, you will play a key role in content from strategic planning through development and delivery for our key markets globally. You will report to our Content Manager and work closely with various stakeholders and key decision-makers in developing content that drives engaging customer experiences. Together the content team is responsible for all content related to the platform and monthly engagement programming in partnership with our Client Engagement Specialist team.

What You'll Do
As a Content Coordinator, you will help deliver content by:
- Research and curate health and well-being content
- Provide content development, review and editing as required
- Acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact for our clients regarding their engagement on our well-being platform
- Identifying new growth opportunities based on industry research and client feedback
- Prepare content briefs and work with internal and external agency partners to meet content needs
- Supporting product evolution through interlocks with Product, Engineer and Marketing
- Manage CMS content quality and provide regular updates, audits and reporting
- Support Content Manager and the greater TELUS Health leadership team with additional content requests as required
- Liaise with internal teams to support content requests
- Occasionally provide account support for invoicing/billing issues
- Assisting the sales team with material for presentations/proposals
- Assist with strategic planning and concept development
What you bring
- Knowledge and/or interest within the health and well-being space
- Excellent writing and editing skills with an ability to create engaging content
- Strong analytical skills to measure content engagement and effectiveness
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Creativity and a passion for innovation in content creation
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create high-quality content under tight deadlines
- Experience with content management systems, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools
- Knowledge and/or interest within the health and well-being space
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- 3+ years of experience in content creation or coordination with a focus on health/wellbeing within B2B or B2C
- Bilingual English/French (Asset)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
