Job Description

Overview


Organizes and directs HT&P field operations according to the internal standards and the customer requirements, from first client inquiry until the successful job completion.


Responsibilities


HT&P Field Services Operational Excellence (40%)


  • Establishes manpower requirements and assigns all duties for the HT&P jobs;
  • Schedules and locates assets required to support jobs and projects including logistical support and subcontractor and vendor qualification.
  • Coordinates timely technical support to the HT&P business unit to reach expected results for the operations in the region; including input on cost control, scheduling, and review of project scope documents;


Operations Support (40%)


  • Provides technical information appropriate to meet customer and market requirements;
  • Ensure jobs are manned with qualified workers necessary to meet project scope while complying with all company and employment guidelines as applicable.
  • Assist in managing the job budget, use of contractors and procurement of rental equipment;
  • Ensures compliance with established quality control/assurance procedures while performing all the field operation processes.
  • Analyses and evaluates the effectiveness of the job site operations to ensure that job objectives are met, corporate policies observed, and prompt corrective action taken if necessary;
  • Performs project safety reviews through JSAs and Tailgate Meetings as needed.


Quality/HSE Standards (10%)


  • Ensures the achievement of quality objectives commensurate with TDW’s quality policy.
  • Assists in the development of and reinforces a positive team dynamic to ensure high performance;
  • Actively supports continuous improvement process as part of the TDW team.
  • Ensures that HSE rules and procedures are followed in all HT&P services and that appropriate guidance and training are provided for services operations.


Customer Orientation (10%)


  • Reviews Project Scopes during the development process to clarify scope, pricing, costs, and deliverables.
  • Develops and maintains strong partnerships within the region, ensuring their full satisfaction.


Experience


  • Strong self-management
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment
  • Robust organizational skills with a proven track record executing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Project Management training or certification preferred
  • Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in the pipeline services industry in field operations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Solid customer orientation
  • Five (5) years of experience as a Project Coordinator in the pipeline or oil & gas industry
