6+ years of experience as a technical program/product manager or product owner.

Lead large complex initiatives from roadmap to delivery with minimal support & guidance from product managers.

Collaborate with other TPMs, Architects, UI/UX, and Team Leads to drive requirements through the design phase.

Hands on experience with backend services and APIs

Time management skills and ability to work under deadlines/stress

Combination of post-secondary education in Library and/or Information Technology and/or equivalent experience

Knowledge and experience using a wide range of computer programs

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Two to three years’ related experience.

Professional studies, DEC, Bachelor of Operations Management, BBA or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles such as JIT, Kanban, Takt, (asset).

Thoroughness, organizational and synthesis skills, and ability to work independently.

Analytical skills and ability to take initiative.

French / English bilingualism and strong written and oral communication skills.

Door Hardware Knowledge (Preferred DHI Certification)

Develop product knowledge through available resources

Adapt communication to customer’s knowledge level

Desire to expand knowledge of products

Working knowledge of SQL, IP configuration, and software applications

Access control experience 1-2 years

Project Management training or certification preferred

Establishes manpower requirements and assigns all duties for the HT&P jobs;

Schedules and locates assets required to support jobs and projects including logistical support and subcontractor and vendor qualification.

Provides technical information appropriate to meet customer and market requirements;

Five (5) years of experience as a Project Coordinator in the pipeline or oil & gas industry

Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in the pipeline services industry in field operations
