Job Description
Procurify's Intelligent Spend Management platform provides hundreds of organizations worldwide with real-time visibility and control over all business spend. We're looking for a talented and team-driven Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us on our journey.

What You'll Be Working On


  • This role will be focused on supporting the technical departments (Engineering, Product, and Design), however we are a team and there may be times when jumping into other departments is needed.
  • Leverage recruiting metrics to inform your activity needs and discuss recruiting metrics with hiring teams.
  • Represent Procurify in a passionate and professional way in all our communications.
  • Track and measure our people metrics to help make informed and strategic hiring decisions in the future.
  • Lead a stellar candidate experience that involves managing the full recruitment process from sourcing, screening, interviewing, debriefs, feedback, and offer.
  • Build a consistent pipeline of candidates through a variety of sourcing channels across multiple provinces and potential geographies ensuring data cleanliness and accuracy.
  • Create and test innovative ways to help source those hard to fill roles within Procurify.
  • Find new ways to utilize our recruitment platforms to showcase our team, culture, and values.
  • Actively hunt for top talent through strategic sourcing methods and relationship building.
  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to execute on our hiring strategies, meet our hiring targets and kpis, create Procurify-specific job postings, understand the perfect candidate's necessary competencies, and ensure a one-of-a-kind candidate experience.
  • Scope out and attend recruitment fairs, networking events, and community events to help build a network of talented job seekers and industry partnerships.


Who We're Looking For


  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information in a sensitive manner.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must in order to partner with your stakeholders.
  • A fearless personality with a desire to stay up to date on current tech, recruitment, and leadership trends.
  • The ability to communicate open roles to a broad range of candidates, regardless of their experience level, in a passionate and professional way.
  • Demonstrated bias for documentation
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of recruitment experience. +2 years of internal recruitment experience is preferred.
  • Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment, adapting to change, while keeping yourself and other teams organized.
  • Deep sourcing skills; strong sourcing experience and knowledge.
  • Minimum 1 year of demonstrated individual success at identifying, qualifying, and hiring exceptional technical talent within the tech industry
  • Experience maintaining data integrity for applicant tracking, sourcing, scheduling, and to help influence various levels in an organization.
  • Experience working with Greenhouse as an ATS is preferred.
